Summer joy in the Sarntal!
The Sarntal more than lives up to its reputation as a paradise for hikers and mountain climbers: From a half-hour walk for two, a pleasant hike with the whole family through the magnificent pastoral landscape or conquering a high Alpine peak, everyone will find here just what they want!

However, the beauty of the Sarntal cannot just be reconnoitred on foot: And should you not be a born
mountain-biker, for whom no mountain is too steep or pasture too high, then of course there are also beautiful
cycle tracks for you in the valley and the forests. A visit to
the sports arena, to the indoor tennis court or, on hot
days, a trip to the open-air swimming pool cater for a
change of scene.

Breeding Haflinger horses always had a special value in the Sarntal. The Sarntalers are rightly proud of the special characteristics of the breed, a golden-brown colour and the striking blond mane.
While this good-tempered horse helped with work in earlier times, today it is mainly kept is stables and can be hired for both full-day and also shorter treks. Children in particular are enthusiastic about the Haflingers, because this gentle animal will throw no-one and brings even the smallest person back safely.
